1. All Designs and content on Christa Jensen – Web Design Artist are owned and the property of Christa Jensen – Web Design Artist and owner Christa Jensen. You may not download, copy or use any graphics used for design, for sale or free. Violation of this will result in legal ramification.
2. All premade graphic and custom  graphic design created and/or modified for customer(client) are property of the customer(client), however the copyright to the all graphics and templates remain with Christa Jensen – Web Design Artist and are bound by the following:

• ALL customers(clients) who purchase ANY graphics custom or premade must display a link, in plain site and on all pages of their website linking back to Jensen’s Designs, this may be a text link or we can provide you will graphic links as well . Failure to do so will violate these terms and any graphic design(property) will revert back to Christa Jensen – Web Design Artist and no refund will be issued.
• ALL customers(clients) who purchase ANY template creation including graphics custom or premade must display a link, in plain site and on all pages of their website linking back to Jensen’s Designs, this may be a text link or we can provide you will graphic links as well . Failure to do so will violate these terms and template creation including any graphic design(property) will revert back to Christa Jensen – Web Design Artist and no refund will be issued.

3. Refunds

Once payment is received no refunds will be issued. Customer(client) needs to ask all pertinent questions prior to any purchases or payments. This is non-negotiable.
