How have you been able to cut your costs?

1. Eliminating full web design service & focusing on beautiful header/logos to place in existing designs & modifying the CSS to work with the header is our #1 reconfigure to lower costs for us and for our clients.
2. When existing designs won’t work with modifications or you can’t find a modifiable free template that works, we can build a template, again eliminating full web design service.
3. For custom designs our customers will be directed to very low cost stock photo sites (offering photos, vector art etc), offering as low as $1 for image usage. By requiring our customers to do this, they get to pick out the images they need used, obtain the rights to use them. Also by doing so no extra fees will be added for researching photos, clip art or vector art for said design projects and the client gets exactly what they want.
4. Our clients also have the opportunity to send images they already own or take themselves to use in the graphic design.
5. On a rare occasion we do draw a graphic, scan it in and manipulate it in our graphics editor to work in designs, this an extra fee, but can be done if needed. (This fee can not be waved so we don’t push this idea a lot)
6. Requiring all customers who purchase our graphic designs to link to us helps increase our clients in turn enabling us to keep our costs low.

How long for custom designs to be completed?

Custom designs will take up to a week, with good email communication probably sooner from date scheduled which will take place once payment is made from agreement of quoted price & these factors; all photos, clipart, vector art (or whatever is being used) is received,  and questionnaire filled out it.

Can I modify the graphics? Templates?

No! Absolutely not for either. This is non negotiable. If you need a modification we will do it for a fee.

Do you offer hosting and domain names?

No, but we do have a list of hosting plans specific for working moms as well as domains offered. All extremely affordable and reliable.

Do you offer web maintenance?

We clean up code, check for broken links, check & fix misspellings in content and add content to pages when needed.

Do accept credit cards? Checks? Money Orders?

We accept Credit Cards, eChecks (note echecks must clear before any work will start) via Pay Pal. We will accept money orders ONLY via certified mail, ups or fed ex (any mail form that requires a signature from me to receive it).

Will you accept full web service jobs?

No, we do not accept full service web design jobs. However, we are affiliated with another top web design artist Lara, from Designed by Lara who offers full service and is also very affordable!
